PSX Analytics exists for a simple reason: the raw material for understanding the Pakistan Stock Exchange is scattered across broker portals, exchange filings and PDF briefings — some of it excellent, some of it stale, and some of it locked behind logins. We pull the useful parts together, check them against each other, and explain them in plain language. Our ambition is simple: to be the first page a PSX investor opens in the morning.
What you will find here
A stock screener built around the measures Pakistani income and value investors actually use — dividend per share, yield and payout alongside earnings and price/earnings — with sorting that works on every column and a sector filter. Stock pages for every share in the dataset. A dividend hub, an announcements guide, a technical snapshot and a sectors page. Daily market wraps and a weekly outlook written by us, from the day's verified figures. And an honest record of what the big brokerage houses are forecasting, so their calls can be followed up rather than forgotten.
Data sources & methodology
Our planned primary sources are Pakistan Stock Exchange market data and company announcements, National Clearing Company (NCCPL) investor-flow figures, State Bank of Pakistan rates and reserves, and company financial filings. Ratios such as P/E and dividend yield are trailing-twelve-month unless stated otherwise. Where a source figure looks corrupt, we exclude it and say so, rather than republishing a number we do not believe. This version runs on a single verified snapshot dataset — every page carries its date — and live daily updates are the next step of the project.
Independence
PSX Analytics is a separate, standalone project. It is not a brokerage, does not handle client money, does not execute trades, and is not affiliated with Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, Darson Securities or any brokerage whose forecasts are summarised here. Broker targets are reported for comparison, clearly attributed, and never presented as our own advice.
